After the initial consultation, consultants continue to meet with members at least once a week, either in-person in one the 500 weight loss centers coast-to-coast or over the phone via Jenny Craig Anywhere.

On the Jenny Craig program, members eat 6 times a day – 3 full meals and 3 snacks. While our meal plans incorporate foods members want to eat (like chicken street tacos, cinnamon rolls, and white cheddar popcorn, for example), we know the key to weight-loss management is a healthy diet that includes the perfect balance of carbs, protein, and fats. Jenny Craig consultants educate members on important food basics with the goal of helping them replace bad habits with a new pattern of healthy eating.
